When should I get invited to the SPAN Home App?
After your SPAN Panel has been installed and commissioned by your SPAN-Authorized installer, they will send you an email with instructions to download the SPAN Home App and set up your account.
This email is from hello@span.io and has the following subject line: “Finish your SPAN Panel setup!”
If possible, we recommend making sure that you have successfully received the invitation and are able to set up your account before your installer leaves.
If your installer confirms they have already sent you the invitation, confirm that they sent it to the correct email address and be sure to check your spam folder. You can always ask your installer to resend it if they are still onsite.
What if I bought a new construction home and don’t know my installer?

How can I get the invite resent?
If your Installer is no longer at your home or they have already tried resending the link, follow the below instructions to resend the invitation to yourself:
1. Download the SPAN Home App (black icon) from the Google Play or Apple App store onto your preferred mobile phone or tablet. 2. On the login screen of the app, click the "Resend Access Link" button rather than tying to log into the app. 3. In the "Enter your email address" box, input your email address and then click the "Resend Link" button (the app should state that the email has been resent). 4. Check your email inbox for an email from hello@span.io (be sure to check your spam box if you don’t see it in your inbox). See instructions below if you do not get the email within a few minutes. 5. Once you have the email, open it and follow the instructions provided to create your SPAN account.

What if I still don’t get the invite?
If you still are not receiving the invite after following the above steps, please contact SPAN Support with a picture of the label on the inside of your SPAN Panel that shows the serial # and your preferred email and we can further troubleshoot the issue for you.
