When seeking Service or Support from SPAN or a SPAN-authorized Installer, you may be asked to provide the part number and unique serial number of your SPAN Panel.
SPAN Panels have Part # beginning with "1-00800" for GEN2 Panels or "1-00200" for GEN1 Panels.
SPAN Panel Serial # begins with either 'NT' or "NJ" and is followed by 9 digits in the following format: NT-XXXX-XXXXX or NJ-XXXX-XXXXX.
Your SPAN Panel's unique serial number can be found in two places:
- On the label inside of the SPAN Panel door. This label also includes the part number.
- In your SPAN Home App:
Shortcuts > All Settings > Scroll down to the third section Panel and click on Software and Serial
