For homeowners who have previously created a SPAN Home account, please follow the below steps to reset your password:
1. Open the SPAN Home app and click the "Forgot password" button below the "Log in" button. 2. Input the email address used when setting up your SPAN Home Account (the invite you were sent would have gone to the same email) and click "Send Email." 3. Check your email inbox for an email from SPAN. The email should appear in your inbox almost immediately after submitting the request. Please check your spam and junk folders if you are unable to locate the password reset email. 4. Open the email and follow the instructions provided to reset the password. |

What if I didn't previously set up my SPAN Home account?
If you did not previously set up your account, please follow the instructions here instead: Setting Up Your Account. Your installer should have sent you an email invite from SPAN after completing your panel installation.
