Congratulations on your purchase of a SPAN Home!
To get started, please contact SPAN Support using the widget below or by emailing us the following information:
- Your First & Last Name

Photo of Utility Bill with New Address Listed
- The email address you would like to use for your SPAN account
- Photo of the QR code and Serial Number for each of your SPANs - Locating your Panel's Serial Number
Once your request is verified, you will receive an email with a link to download the SPAN Home App and finish creating your account and completing the standard onboarding steps:
Previous Homeowner
Thank you for being a part of the SPAN family! We hope you will consider a new SPAN Panel for your new home!
To ensure the move-in process goes smoothly for the new homeowner, please contact SPAN Support ASAP through our Support Form with the following information:
- Serial number of your panel(s)
- Whether you'll be taking your solar, storage, or EV charger with you.*
* We need to know if anything about your electrical system will change when you move.
The following information will be visible to the new homeowner:
- Area & Circuit Names: We recommend renaming areas and circuits to ensure any personal information is removed (e.g. Emily's Room should be renamed Bedroom #1)
- Appliances: Please remove any appliances you are taking with you.
- Configured Storage and Solar Systems
The following information will not be visible to the new homeowner:
- Your personal information
- Your energy usage data
This information will be unlinked from your panel and archived under your account.
Once we begin the transfer process you will no longer have access to the SPAN Home App or be able to control your panel. If you purchase a new SPAN panel or move into a home that has one, we can reactivate your account and link it to the new panel.
