Made changes to your Panel after installation?

After your SPAN panel is installed, any work or changes made to your electrical system will require access to the SPAN Installer App to ensure these changes are updated in your SPAN Home App.
If the work is done by a SPAN-authorized electrician, they will be able to make these updates for you while onsite.

If not, you’ll need to contact SPAN Support with specific information about the changes made to ensure the updates are properly updated in your system.

If you need a copy of your breaker map after a change is made, you can have a new breaker map automatically sent to you through the SPAN Home App but the experience will be different depending on the panel your own:

  • SPAN Panel MAIN 32: Go to “Circuits“ and click “Send breaker map” in the upper right corner of the page.
  • SPAN Panel MAIN 40 and SPAN Panel MLO 48: Go to “Devices,” click on the panel image, and click “Email breaker label map.”

No matter the path taken, you’ll immediately be sent a copy of your breaker map to the email on file for your SPAN Home Account.
