Made changes to your Panel after installation?
If you've had work done or made changes to your electrical system - such as adding a battery or solar system, or updating your breakers - after SPAN has been installed, you will need someone with access to the SPAN Installer App to update your SPAN Home.
If the work was done by a SPAN-trained electrician, they should have access to this app and can update your system in real time.
If not, you will need to contact SPAN Support to have these changes reflected in your SPAN Home App. Depending on what you are adding, SPAN Support will need information about the changes in order to properly update your system.
