When reaching out to SPAN Support, it’s important to have your unique SPAN Panel Serial Number. This can be found both physically on your panel as well as in your SPAN Home App.

SPAN Panel MAIN 32 Serial Numbers
SPAN Panel MAIN 32 serial number will begin with either "NT" or "NJ" followed by 9 digits reading either: NT-XXXX-XXXXX or NJ-XXXX-XXXXX.
Locating the Serial Number on the Panel
The serial number can be located on a sticker with a QR code on the panel either the inside of the door or in the upper left corner of the panel enclosure along the inner edge. If you recently moved into a newly constructed home that already had SPAN pre-installed, the label will be in the upper left corner of the enclosure. Locating the Serial Number within the SPAN Home App
Open your SPAN Home App and go to “Settings“ and then “All Settings.“ Scroll down until you find "Software and Serial" and click on this to find your panel serial number.
SPAN Panel MAIN 40 and SPAN Panel MLO 48 Serial Numbers
SPAN Panel MAIN 40 and SPAN Panel MLO 48 serial numbers will begin with "XG" or followed by 9 digits reading: XG-XXXX-XXXXX
Locating the Serial Number on the Panel
The serial number can be located on a label between the panel Gateway (which can appear at either the top or the bottom of the panel depending on installation) and the breakers:

Open your SPAN Home App and go to “Settings“ and then “All Settings.“ Scroll down until you find "Device serial and version." Click on this to find your serial number.
