What data can I download from the app?
Through the SPAN Home App, homeowners can download their energy usage data for the following:
- Total Home
- Grid
- Solar
- Battery
- Individual Circuit
Data can be downloaded for a single Day, Week, Month, or Year and will be presented with the following granularity:
- Day - 10 minute increments
- Week - 1 hour increments
- Month - 4 hour increments
- 1 Year - 2 day increments

Can I customize the data I download?
At this time, there isn’t an option to customize the data you download through the app other than what is discussed in this article, here.
What information will be included in the data?
The data provided will be in kWh and will be the total energy consumption from the chosen time period.
Why is my data download missing data?
If you notice certain time increments are missing from your data download, this means SPAN was offline (the internet connection was not stable) and was unable to record during that period.
