Customizing the name of your panel in the SPAN Home app takes only a few steps:

Please follow these steps to name your SPAN Panel. If you have multiple SPAN Panels, you can give each one a customized name.
1. Select Settings in the bottom right corner:
2. Select All Settings:
3. Select Name of Home:
4. The default value is "Home". This can be deleted, and you can enter a name of your preference. Remember to click Save Changes.
Please note: "Changes on the home name will be reflected on all accounts linked to this home" refers to the individual SPAN Panel. This means that all of the users who have been added to this Home will see the name change. This will not impact other Panels at the home site if there are multiple SPAN Panels.Ple
