| Your installer will send you the first invitation to download the SPAN Home App and set up your account. Once you set up your account, you can invite additional users to your SPAN Panel via the SPAN Home App. |
In your SPAN Home App:

Navigate to Settings

Select Home Members
-
Choose Add a Member

Enter the user's email address and Send invite.
The new user should receive their invitation email immediately. If they are unable to locate it in their inbox, double check the email address that you invited and if it is correct, have them check their spam folder.

At this time, it is not possible to remove a user from your account via the Home app. If you need to remove a user from your Panel, please contact SPAN Support with the following information:
