When seeking Service or Support from SPAN or a SPAN-Certified Installer, you may be asked to provide the serial number of your SPAN Panel.
Your Serial # begins with 'NT' and is followed by 9 digits in the following format: NT-XXXX-XXXXX
Your SPAN Panel's unique serial number can be found in two places:
- On the label inside of the SPAN Panel door.
- In your SPAN Home App:
Shortcuts > All Settings > Scroll down to the third section Panel and click on Software and Serial
