If you are experiencing minor bugs that you'd like to see fixed, or you have an idea for an improvement or feature, you can submit these directly to our product team via the feedback feature in your SPAN Home App.

- Start on your Home screen and navigate to 'Settings' on the bottom of your screen.
- At the bottom of your Settings list, select 'All settings'
- Scroll down to the 4th section (Contact) and choose 'Feedback'
- You will be given the option to 'Report a bug' or 'Suggest an improvement'
- Choose 'Report a bug' to inform us of a potential issue. Choose 'Suggest an improvement' to recommend a feature or share feedback on your experience.
